It is required for you to be home for the first grooming appointment. After that, I offer a ‘latch-key service’. You provide a key to be kept on file, a garage code, or some other form of access to the home. I will come by at your scheduled grooming appointment time to care for your pet and will send an invoice for services to be paid at the completion of the groom.
We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos that are tailored to your pet's specific needs. For example, we use a hypoallergenic shampoo for pets with sensitive skin.
Per Texas State Law, any pet over 16 weeks of age requires an up-to-date rabies vaccination. We cannot accept the tag, but any paperwork from your veterinarian.
I reccomend taking a picture of it, and emailing or texting it to us as we will need this information to secure your appointment.
For your pup's safety and my own, you cannot be in the van during the grooming process. Seeing their owners usually makes even the most best-behaved pup more nervous or excited during the grooming process, which can be dangerous. If you would like to see inside the van, I would be happy to show you around before the start of services.
At this time, I do not offer any services for cats.
